1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TW IP BARE Portal Security (the “Platform”), creating an account, placing an order, submitting identity documents, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms are designed to comply with applicable laws in Pakistan and to respect mandatory protections for users in other countries where you access the Platform.
2. Electronic consent at registration
When you create an account, you must actively confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy by checking the acceptance box on the registration form.
Your acceptance is recorded with:
- the version number of the Terms and Privacy Policy in effect at registration (currently 2026-06-15);
- a timestamp of acceptance;
- technical metadata reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent (such as IP address and account identifier), as described in the Privacy Policy.
Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a written signature where permitted under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 (Pakistan) and comparable e-signature or electronic-contract laws in your country.
If you do not check the acceptance box, account creation will be blocked. Continued use after we publish updated Terms may require renewed acceptance where mandated by law.
3. Our services
TW IP BARE Portal Security provides an online portal for cybersecurity and network-related services, which may include, depending on availability and your account status:
- Account rental, renewal, custom renewal, and replacement requests;
- Order tracking, delivery of credentials or setup packages, and related notifications;
- Share-earnings and billing features for eligible sharing-service users;
- Identity verification (KYC) where required;
- Mailbox, community, and support channels;
- Administrative processing, audit logging, and fraud-prevention controls.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability shown on the Platform do not constitute a binding offer until an order is accepted and processed according to our workflows.
4. Accounts & eligibility
4.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and contract under Pakistan law, or the higher minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly provide services to children below applicable legal thresholds.
4.3 Account security
Notify us immediately at admin@tw.bareip.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification before restoring access.
4.4 One person, one account
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, each natural person should maintain only one account. Creating duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.
5. Orders, payments & delivery
5.1 Order submission
When you submit an order, renewal, or replacement request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to request the service.
5.2 Pricing & payment
Prices, payment methods, and currencies are displayed at checkout or in your dashboard. You agree to pay all applicable fees for accepted orders using the payment method you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once processing has begun or delivery has been made.
5.3 Processing & status
Orders move through statuses such as submitted, pending, approved, rejected, cancelled, or delivered. Estimated timelines are indicative only and do not guarantee completion by a specific date.
5.4 Delivery
Delivered credentials, packages, and instructions are provided through the Platform (for example, the Deliveries section). You are responsible for securing delivered materials immediately and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.
5.5 Chargebacks & abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or misuse of delivered resources may result in immediate suspension, reversal of services, and permanent account termination.
6. Identity verification (KYC)
We may require identity verification to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect users, or secure high-risk services. When KYC is required:
- You must submit truthful documents and information requested by the Platform;
- You consent to our review, storage (for defined retention periods), and processing of verification data as described in our Privacy Policy;
- We may approve, reject, request re-verification, or permanently restrict accounts based on verification outcomes;
- Location or device signals may be used as part of fraud-prevention where permitted by law and disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Failure to complete required verification may limit or block access to orders, deliveries, payouts, or the Platform entirely.
7. Data protection & privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including where relevant:
- Pakistan — Constitution of Pakistan (Article 14 — dignity and privacy), Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), and the Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (PDPA) (as enacted and amended);
- the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR for users in the EEA/UK where applicable;
- the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / CPRA and similar US state privacy laws;
- other mandatory local privacy and electronic communications rules that apply to you or to us.
7.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, legal bases, retention, international transfers, subprocessors, cookies, and your rights. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read it.
7.2 Categories of data
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:
- Account data — username, email, user ID, authentication identifiers, role, and session data;
- Order & billing data — service selections, payment references, payout details (such as Airtm email or Binance ID), and transaction history;
- Delivery data — credentials, setup instructions, and package content delivered to your account;
- KYC data — identity documents, selfies, verification metadata, and review outcomes;
- Communications — support messages, mailbox notifications, and community posts;
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, security logs, and anti-abuse signals.
7.3 Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access and receive a copy of your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data (“right to be forgotten”) where grounds apply;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability for data processed by automated means on the basis of contract or consent;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Pakistan, with the National Commission for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) once fully operational under the PDPA, or with your local authority (for example, an EU data protection authority or the UK ICO).
To exercise these rights, email admin@tw.bareip.com with the subject line “Data protection request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days (or the shorter period required by law).
7.4 Security & breach notification
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, audit logging, and staff access limitations. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
7.5 Data processing roles
For most account and service data, we act as the data controller. For some infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy, we may act as a controller that instructs subprocessors, or in limited cases as a processor where we handle data strictly on your documented instructions.
7.6 Marketing & cookies
We do not sell your personal data. We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and session management. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed and managed in line with consent requirements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Security responsibilities
You agree to:
- use strong, unique passwords and enable available security features;
- keep delivered credentials confidential and rotate them if compromise is suspected;
- use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third-party platform rules where applicable;
- not attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Platform or related infrastructure.
We may monitor activity for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and legal compliance. Automated security checks (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) may be used on login, registration, and forms.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to:
- violate Pakistan law, including PECA 2016 (for example unauthorized access, harassment, or unlawful content);
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users or staff;
- circumvent access controls, KYC requirements, or payment obligations;
- resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute delivered credentials without authorization;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
We may remove content, reject orders, withhold deliveries, or terminate accounts that violate this section.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, branding, design, software, and documentation are owned by TW IP BARE Portal Security or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.
Delivered service materials are licensed for your personal or authorized business use only, subject to any additional restrictions communicated at delivery.
11. Third-party services
The Platform relies on third-party providers (for example, Firebase Authentication and database hosting, email delivery, and security verification). Your use of those components may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Platform.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that services will meet every business requirement. Third-party networks, platforms, and payment rails are outside our direct control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TW IP BARE Portal Security and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event, or (b) USD $100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail KYC where required, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we must do so to comply with law or protect other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including data-protection, liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law) will survive termination. We may retain certain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform, email, or mailbox notification where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
16. Pakistan — governing law & disputes
Unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that courts in Pakistan shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at admin@tw.bareip.com to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.
Electronic records of your registration acceptance, orders, and communications may be used as evidence where permitted under Pakistani law, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory Pakistan legislation.
17. International users
If you access the Platform from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Where international regulations provide you with stronger mandatory rights (for example GDPR rights for EEA residents), we will honor those rights to the extent required.
Cross-border data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that data may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.
EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable. This does not limit your right to use Pakistan courts where permitted.
